Qube Heidelberg is a 4 star rated First Class Hotel certified by German Hotel – and Restaurant Association (DeHoGa). To meet the criteria of the German Hotelclassification all areas as building, space on offer, outfit and service are exclusively evaluated.

Further more Qube Heidelberg was certified „Certified Conference Hotel“ meeting the criteria of VDR (German Association of Travel-management) and DGVM (German Confederation of Association-management). Especially conference-area, standardized informative literature, convention specific food and beverage offers, customer liaison and support and accounting procedure are evaluated.

Meeting the criteria of VDR we are also „Certified Business Hotel“. 60 quality standards for business-travellers such as ubiquity, internet accessibility, acceptance of credit-cards, Check-in times, international TV programme, especially news programmes and parking situation are evaluated.
