Even the name – Qube Heidelberg – is a reference that quality has the highest priority. The coinage is a composite: a ‘Q’ for quality and ‘Cube’ for the squarely- built, elegant architecture. High- quality materials were selected, exclusively, for both the exterior and the interior.

The design hotel Qube in Heidelberg has a sand- stone façade as well as parquet floors and virgin stone bathrooms- with direct sunlight. The forty- five (45) rooms are of a noble design. The wishes of all the guests can be fulfilled with a choice of single, double and extrabed rooms, as well as connecting suites. The individual lay- out of the rooms reflects a four (4) star rating. All the rooms have air conditioning, flat- screen satellite TV, laptop safes, telephones, internet and a minibar. Pay-TV free of charge! We are well situated in Heidelberg. Allowing quick access to the highway and the main train station; as well, the historic center of town, with its romantic streets and plazas, is within easy walking distance from the hotel.

The Qube hotel in Heidelberg encompasses a third- floor terrace which is accessible to each Guest for rest and relaxation; there is, also, a terrace on the top floor which allows for a wonderful view of the river Neckar, the picturesque town and the globally- well- known Heidelberg Castle.

Our rooms are furnished to respect individuals with allergies. The walls were painted with a mineral- based “Biosil-paint” which contains neither solvents, emollients or preservatives; therefore, it is not only an impressive ecological product (no emissions) but it is especially appropriate for individuals with allergies. Natural plaster was used instead of wall-paper; this, along with the “Biosil-paint”, yields a very effective atmosphere in the rooms. The rooms are strictly non-smoking. Pets are only allowed in specific rooms. The air-conditioning can be regulated in each room. The use of shelves, which would gather dust, was knowingly abstained from. All rooms and most of the bathrooms have a window which can be opened. There are no carpets in the entire building; instead, high-quality oak-parquet and virgin-stone floors were installed. The mattresses are covered with a protective cover, which does not allow substances that would cause allergies to penetrate.

There is a varied assortment of beds to choose from to meet your personal wishes. The mattresses in the single rooms are called “Grand Lit“, with a width of  1.40 meter. There are double beds in the double rooms with a width of 1.80 meter. The mattresses are held together with a special anchor; eliminating the seam. The removal of the anchor allows the beds to be separated and the room becomes a twin. There are some double-rooms with king-size mattresses or with mattresses which have an over-length of 2.20 meter.

High quality mattresses were fabricated to allow you to sleep in optimal comfort. The Qube- mattresses are made of highly elastic Thermo-flex, viscous-elastic foam which reacts to warmth and, therefore, adjusts ideally to the body form and the current sleeping position. The contour and the lateral cross-sections allow for an excellent aeration. The stanchion supports provide the necessary hold and give the mattress an outstanding firmness. We offer different mattresses with two different degrees of firmness.

Our soap is a high-quality nurturing product manufactured by “Medipharma Cosmetics” in Homburg and is distributed  in Germany exclusively by pharmacies. This soap is ph-neutral and dermatological-tested series “Doliva”, which is produced from a cold-pressed olive oil from Tuscany. One of the best olive oils in Tuscany comes from Buti (Italy) because the olive farmers lay a great value on the controlled cultivation, the maintenance of the groves and the finish work with the olives. The freshly pressed olive oil is, immediately after the preparation in Buti, filled into the kegs which are designated for the transport to Germany and are then sent directly to the facility in Homburg. The use of high-quality ingredients is the sign of quality for this olive oil.

Also the olive-oil based shower gel, for skin and hair is from  “Medipharma Cosmetics” It has a dynamic anti-stress formula. A combination of nurturing and vitamin-rich active ingredients (such as: vitamin E, pro-vitamin B5, maidenhair, caffeine and olive leaf extract) refresh and invigorate.
