Did you know that up to 20% of our table reservations are not honored?
The consequences:
– Wir haben unnötig Lebensmittel eingekauft
– Diese Lebensmittel wurden unnötig verarbeitet und haben nur eine begrenzte Haltbarkeit
– Mitarbeiter wurden unnötig eingeplant
– Other guests were unnötig abgesagt
The reasons for this:
– Oversupply of restaurants with many easily accessible alternatives
– Table reservations are not considered binding
– Possible shame
It can be assumed that no-show table reservations will continue to increase in the future. In order to counteract this challenge, we have set the following conditions for group reservations, i.e. table reservations with more than nine people, for the Qube Restaurants Heidelberg:

Stornierungsbedingungen bei Anpassung der Personenanzahl:
Please let us know the exact number of people three days before reserving a table. On the day of the table reservation, the binding number of guests may vary by 10%. If we do not receive any information about the number of people, we will assume the number of people originally stated.
No Show-Gebühren:
Please note that in the event of a no-show despite an existing reservation, we will charge the following amount per person:
EUR 25.00 per person who does not show up for lunch
EUR 50.00 per person who does not show up for dinner
Numbers of people that deviate from the bindingly stated number of people will also be charged at the amounts mentioned above.

100% können sieben Tage vor Table reservation kostenfrei storniert werden
25% können drei Tage vor Tischreservierung kostenfrei storniert werden
Die Stornierungsstaffeln gelten in % und beziehen sich auf den oben genannten zu erwartenden Rechnungsbetrag. Dieser setzt sich aus dem Menüpreis oder den oben genannten Preisen zusammen.
Cancellation fees:
90% bei nicht fristgerechter Stornierung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen
90% des entgangenen Speisenumsatzes
