Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet offers a wide array of delicious options. If you prefer a savory start to the day, help yourself to our selection of cold cuts, cheeses, and fish specialties. For those who prefer something sweet or healthy, we offer a variety of jams and cereals to suit every taste, as well as an abundant selection of fresh fruit. Breakfast is served in our restaurant Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

 

If you book the breakfast buffet in advance or together with your room reservation, the price is €22.90 per person. If you decide on breakfast on site, the price is €24.90 per person. External guests are also welcome to join our breakfast buffet (subject to availability). In this case, the price is €27.90 per person. Children up to 5 years eat free of charge. Children aged 6 to 15 years pay €11.90. Children aged 16 and above pay the regular breakfast price.

Dear Qube restaurant guests,

Did you know that up to 20% of our table reservations are not honored?

The consequences:
– We have unnecessary Groceries purchased
– These foods were unnecessary processed and have only a limited shelf life
– Employees were unnecessary planned
– Other guests were unnecessary cancelled

The reasons for this:
– Oversupply of restaurants with many easily accessible alternatives
– Table reservations are not considered binding
– Possible shame

It can be assumed that no-show table reservations will continue to increase in the future. In order to counteract this challenge, we have set the following conditions for group reservations, i.e. table reservations with more than nine people, for the Qube Restaurants Heidelberg:

Cancellation policy when adjusting the number of people:

Please let us know the exact number of people three days before reserving a table. On the day of the table reservation, the binding number of guests may vary by 10%. If we do not receive any information about the number of people, we will assume the number of people originally stated.

No Show-Gfees:

Please note that in the event of a no-show despite an existing reservation, we will charge the following amount per person:

EUR 25.00 per person who does not show up for lunch
EUR 50.00 per person who does not show up for dinner

Numbers of people that deviate from the bindingly stated number of people will also be charged at the amounts mentioned above.

Cancellation policy at complete table cancellation:

100% can seven days before Table reservation can be canceled free of charge
25% can have three days before table reservation can be canceled free of charge
The cancellation scales apply in % and refer to the above-mentioned expected Invoice amount. This sets sI from the menu price or the above prices together.

Cancellation fees:

90% in case of late cancellation of the contractually agreed services
90% of lost food sales

Cancellations or changes can only be accepted in writing.
